Terms of Service
1. About us
This website, thoughtfulfox.co.uk, is run by Thoughtful Products Ltd, trading as Thoughtful Fox, a company registered in England and Wales. Company number: 16693118 . Registered office: 16 Broad Street, Eye, Suffolk, IP23 7AF. You can contact us at Thoughtfulproductsltd@gmail.com.
2. These terms
These terms apply to every order you place on our website. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you are buying as a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.
3. Our products
Our footballs are Size 3, designed for children aged 4 to 11. They are CE and UKCA marked and intended for play on grass, artificial grass and indoor surfaces. They are not designed for regular use on concrete, tarmac or other rough surfaces, as this will cause wear. Children should be supervised by an adult when playing. Please inflate the ball to the pressure printed on it, and store the inflation needle safely away from young children. Product images are for illustration, and colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include any applicable VAT. We may change our prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders we have already accepted. Payment is taken when you place your order, unless you are a school or organisation paying by purchase order (see section 7).
5. Your order
When you place an order, you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. Our contract with you begins when we dispatch your order and send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order if an item is out of stock or if there's an obvious error in the price or description. If we do, we'll let you know and refund any payment in full.
6. Delivery
We offer free delivery on all UK orders. We aim to dispatch within [1 to 2] working days, and delivery times are estimates. International delivery is available at the rates shown at checkout. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
7. Schools, clubs and purchase orders
Schools, clubs and organisations may pay by purchase order with our agreement. We'll send an invoice when your order is dispatched, and payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. Bulk-order bonuses, such as free ball bags and lesson plans, are included as described on our website at the time of your order.
8. Cancellations, returns and refunds
If you're a consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Our returns and refund process is set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. If an item is faulty, you also have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
9. Our designs and content
The Thoughtful Fox name, logo, character designs (including Fox, Turtle, Lion, Bunny, Giraffe and Unicorn), activity cards, lesson plans and website content belong to Thoughtful Products Ltd. You may use our activities and lesson plans for personal, family, school and club use. You may not copy, sell or reproduce them commercially without our written permission.
10. Our liability to you
If we fail to meet these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our failure, up to the value of your order. We're not responsible for loss or damage that wasn't foreseeable, or for loss caused by using a product other than as described in section 3. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
11. Competitions and events
Any competition or promotion we run will have its own rules, which we'll publish with it. Those rules apply alongside these terms.
12. Your information
We use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our website when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you're a consumer, you may bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or in the courts of Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
