How can we help?
Quick answers
The questions we get asked most often.
Where is the needle for the pump?
The inflation needle is stored inside the pump handle, so check there before you start. Moisten the needle before you put it into the ball.
How much should I inflate the ball?
Each ball is printed with its recommended pressure (4 to 6 lbs). For little feet, a slightly softer ball is easier to control.
What size are the footballs?
All our footballs are Size 3, made for children aged 4 to 11.
Can schools pay by purchase order?
Yes. We are happy to process orders using purchase order numbers. See our Schools & Clubs page or send us a message.
Can I order a custom mix of characters?
Yes, for larger orders we can put together a mix of characters to suit your group. Just let us know what you need.
Where can I find more activities?
Every ball comes with activity cards, and there are 30+ more in the Thoughtful Fox Club.
Come and say hello
Meet us at an event
You'll often find our gazebo at fetes, carnivals and festivals around Suffolk and Norfolk, with Arthur and Freya helping out on the stall. Come and see the balls in person, try an activity and say hello.
Running an event, fete or school festival and would like us there? We'd love to hear about it.
