Refund Policy

We want you and your little ones to love your Thoughtful Fox football. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Changed your mind?
You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund of the item price. Just email us at Thoughtfulproductsltd@gmail.com before sending it back. Please note that return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Faulty, damaged or wrong item?
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, please email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, and we'll cover the cost of returning it. This doesn't affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 14 days. We'll email you to confirm when it's done.

Schools, clubs and bulk orders
The same policy applies to schools and clubs. For purchase order payments, we'll arrange refunds by credit note or bank transfer. Please get in touch to arrange a return of a bulk order.

Amazon orders
If you bought from Amazon, please request your return through your Amazon account, as Amazon's returns policy applies.
